How it began
BrewSalem started at home, with a jar of coffee steeping overnight and friends asking where they could get a bottle of their own. What began as a personal habit grew into a small Jerusalem business built on one promise: cold brew should taste clean, smooth and fresh, with nothing added.
We still brew the same way — slowly, in small quantities, and bottled only when you order. No preservatives, no additives, no powders. Just coffee and water, given time.
