BrewSalem began with a simple idea: cold brew should taste clean, smooth and fresh — and nothing else. We brew slowly, in small quantities, and bottle to order so every cup tastes like the day it was made.
Alongside the coffee we make a small range of handmade syrups, cooked by hand in the same kitchen from real ingredients.
